Mission: To transform the Lansdowne neighborhood of East St. Louis into a thriving community one heart, one mind, one property at a time.
Since 2014, Lansdowne, LLC has been buying and clearing derelict properties around the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Center in order to make the neighborhood clean and safe for kids. We mentor, employ, and teach life and job skills to middle school students, high school students, and adults in East St. Louis. In addition to clearing and maintaining properties, we are currently employing residents in the rehabbing of two homes in the neighborhood.
